The player takes the role of Davey, who has a huge problem with sleeping in class. Then he finds himself in different places than class! He first ends up in the middle ages, then ancient Rome, then the wild west. The game starts off at school where a bully steals Davey's pencil, who he names 'Lumpy'. Usually after Davey collects an item at the end of the level, it will usually represent something that he picked up in the classroom.
